	Judith Liebetrau reported some bugs: In some cases
	- the full original file was written into part000.wav
	- the last non-silent part was written twice
	These bugs are hopefully fixed.

	Added third optional parameter for tolerance.

	If there are only a few bytes between two silences, merge them.
